Well, it is significant in terms of the number of officers killed, and injured, because there hasn’t been a similar number killed or injured since, or before, …….. 40.25 and I think it changed significantly the way police and firearms were dealt with, because it was a case, certainly then that the only police allowed to use firearms were those that had some military background so they would have firearms in the safe of a police station and if they needed they would have to go back to the police station to be issued them, and then they would go back out, only those who had that experience in the military. Whereas, I think after that, although it took a few years, there was this feeling that there needed to be a section of the police that were permanently armed and could deal with those sorts of incidents.
