The photo is part of an Album Amicorum, a friendship album, owned by Aarnout Jacobus of Eindhoven. Many friends and family contributed creatively to the album. It includes, as well as photos, unique poems, embroidery, watercolours and drawings. Contributions from famous artist friends, such as the painters Van de Sande Bakhuijsen and Schelfhout, make this asset to the museum very special. You can see a few pictures here.
